To ensure that you get the most out of your investment, please read and understand the following warranty terms:
1. Warranty Duration:
- The warranty for your autoclave is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. An additional 1-year warranty extension can be added providing the autoclave is serviced at its first yearly interval through Hollington Medical.
2. Usage Limitation:
- This warranty is applicable if your autoclave is used for –
Amara 8 / 12 – up to 750 cycles per year.
Amara Pro 18 / 23 – up to 1000 cycles per year.Any issues arising after this limit has been met per year will not be covered by the warranty agreement.
3. Warranty Voidance Conditions:
- The warranty will be void if the autoclave is used with incorrect or non-recommended water. Please use the water specified in the user manual to ensure the proper functioning of the autoclave.
- The autoclave must be kept within a suitable area inside an insulated building to ensure that it does not operate in conditions below 5c. Any damages caused from improper location of the autoclave will not be covered by the warranty agreement.
- There must be at least 10 cm of free space around the steriliser, 25 cm at the top, and enough room to open the door.
- The place where the steriliser is used must have appropriate ventilation.
- The steriliser must be placed on a stable surface and at an appropriate height for handling.
- Do not cover or block the lateral outlets or the outlet air grid of the condenser ventilator (rear).
- Do not place the steriliser near water sources where it can be splashed.
- Keep away from heat sources.
- Regular user maintenance is essential. The warranty will not cover breakdowns related to user maintenance which include:
- The tanks are not kept clean, as specified in the user manual.
- The chamber filter is not regularly cleaned and maintained according to the user manual’s instructions.
4. Warranty Coverage:
- Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal usage and maintenance.
- In the event of a covered defect or malfunction, we will repair or replace the autoclave, as determined by our technical support team, free of charge.
5. Warranty Activation:
- Warranty will be automatically activated on delivery of your new autoclave.
6. Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any use that is inconsistent with the user manual.
7. Warranty Service:

8. Additional Terms:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser of the autoclave.
