1.3. Payment: Payment must be made in full before autoclaves are shipped. We accept payment via bank transfer, Stripe or Paypal. Additional fees, such as taxes or shipping charges, will be communicated to you before payment.
2. Delivery

2.2. Delivery: Risk of loss or damage to the autoclave passes to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
3. Installation and Setup
3.1. Engineer Installation: If you have requested engineer installation, our technicians will set up the autoclave for you. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days from the date of order to installation.
4. Warranty
4.1. Warranty Coverage: Our autoclaves come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are detailed in the warranty documentation provided with the product and on our warranty page.

5. Returns
5.1. Return Policy: Autoclaves may be returned only if they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return.
5.2. Return Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for secure returns.
5.3. Refund: Once we receive the returned autoclave and confirm that it meets the return conditions we will process your refund within 7 business days, issued on the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Liability
6.1. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of our autoclaves. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the product.
