The user can download it at any time – in PDF format – through the USB port located on the front of the unit. Alternatively, automatic download is available through the DataSter software.

Warranty Terms

The Mocom Classic Autoclave comes with an amazing warranty of 3 years or 3,000 cycles whichever comes first, from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship during normal use. In the event of a defect, the manufacturer will repair or replace the autoclave at no cost to the customer.  It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance. It is recommended to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Mocom to ensure proper use and maintenance of the autoclave.
